Reputable plaintiff firm is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to join their team. This position is fully remote but must be a licensed California attorney in good standing. This associate will report directly to an assigned partner and have a team of paralegals supporting you. This is a contract to hire position offering a salary DOE ($100K-$115K). Pre-Litigation Attorney requirements:
- MUST be a licensed California attorney in good standing.
- Manage docket of Pre-litigation cases.
- Draft various documents to facilitate case proceedings.
- Effectively communicate with opposing council.
- Providing guidance to your support staff.
- Leading the support staff by example.
This is a fully remote position that is temp to hire.
Salary upon hire: $100K-$115K.
